Pro Features: Unlimited subscriptions, AI-powered money-saving tips, advanced analytics
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account and Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
All data is stored locally on your device
We do not collect or have access to your data
You are responsible for backing up your data
We are not liable for data loss

Free to use

Basic features only
Pro Plan
Monthly subscription: $3.99/month
Includes unlimited subscriptions, AI tips, and analytics
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
Apple’s payment terms apply
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate information
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Not use the App to violate any laws or third-party rights
Not share your account or access credentials
AI Features
The AI money-saving tips feature:
Uses OpenAI’s API to generate recommendations
Sends subscription information directly to OpenAI when you request tips
Results are provided “as is” and may not be accurate
We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions
You use AI suggestions at your own discretion

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Correction of defects
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE PULSE MEDIA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Personal injury or property damage
Any damages arising from your use of the App
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by True Pulse Media, LLC
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of their respective owners
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services:
Apple: App Store, StoreKit, iOS services (subject to Apple’s terms)
OpenAI: AI features (subject to OpenAI’s terms)
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
Local data stored on your device remains on your device

Governing Law
